Shipping Policy



Shipping Policy : 

Delivery is secure and free in mainland France, in the European Union and is carried out by Colissimo/LaPoste in Declared Value against signature with tracking number. All packages are value insured .

Please note that the deadlines indicated above may be extended in the event of special requests (for example, sizing on a ring).

In mainland France, jewelry is delivered in 2 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

In the European Union, jewelry is delivered in 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email indicating your Colissimo or LaPoste tracking number. Using this number, you will be able to track your order directly by connecting to the website of our carriers, La Poste, Colissimo, with whom we have made specific agreements concerning the nature of the items and deadline commitments.

Return policy



For online purchases on the Fremont site, you benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period.

Withdrawal implies that you have changed your mind after receiving your product in good condition and that you wish to return it to the seller for a refund.

Jewelry that has been personalized or modified (engraving, resizing, etc.) is not eligible and cannot be returned in this context. Likewise, purchases made directly in store are not eligible for withdrawal.

You must inform us of your wish to withdraw within 14 calendar days after the delivery date. After this period of 14 calendar days, we will not be able to make any exchange or refund.

Once your withdrawal request has been made, you have a maximum of 14 calendar days to return the jewelry(s) to us.

The jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition, and without any trace or mark.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a little time for your refund to officially post.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to them with the intention of giving it to you later, it is her that we will send the refund and she will therefore know that you have returned her gift.

Return costs are the responsibility of Fremont.

Error in Ring Size:

If you have chosen the wrong finger size for your ring, we offer you the option of having it adjusted to your correct size. However, please note that in this case, the shipping costs for returning and reshipping will be your responsibility.

We highly recommend making sure you choose the correct finger size. If you have any questions or concerns, our customer service team is here to help.

Return procedure:

To return an item, simply make the request by email to , specifying your order number, your email address and the jewelry(s) you wish to return. To make the return, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping slip (at our expense) to print and stick on the package which will be dropped off at the post office.
